Mexican Scramble

• 2 eggs
• 1 Tablespoon salsa
• finely diced jalepenos to taste

Instruction

1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
2. Pour into a pan heated at meduim setting.
3. Cook until done to your liking.

You could sprinkle a bit of grated jalepeno jack cheese on this for a bit more kick.
