Ingredients
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup milk
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup Bisquick mix
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Coat a 9-inch pie pan with cooking spray.
- Place ham and cheese in pie pan; mix together.
- In blender or food processor, blend together eggs, milk, Bisquick and mustard for 1 minute. Pour over ham and cheese.
- Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until puffy and knife inserted in center comes out clean.
- Let stand for 5 minutes.
