Ham and Cheese Pie

Yield: One 9-inch pie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup Bisquick mix
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
Instuction

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Coat a 9-inch pie pan with cooking spray.
  3. Place ham and cheese in pie pan; mix together.
  4. In blender or food processor, blend together eggs, milk, Bisquick and mustard for 1 minute. Pour over ham and cheese.
  5. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until puffy and knife inserted in center comes out clean.
  6. Let stand for 5 minutes.
