Ham Toast

Ingredients
  • Leftovert ham, cooked and chopped
  • Butter
  • Several slices of toast
  • 1 egg
  • Seasonings to taste
Instructions
  1. Cream the butter and add the chopped ham, seasonings, and egg.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Spread on toast.
  4. Bake in moderate oven for about 3 minutes.
